These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zd222 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "Member", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered on the zd222 website. By accessing the zd222 platform, completing the registration process, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zd222 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the zd222 platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and all persons who interact with zd222 in any capacity, including but not limited to placing sports bets, participating in casino games, claiming bonuses, or using the customer support service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the zd222 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus offer communication, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by zd222.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to zd222 services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the zd222 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of zd222 or its affiliated entities.

zd222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until satisfactory identity verification has been completed. zd222 may suspend or permanently close any account where age or identity cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of zd222 services, you must complete the registration process and create a member account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Choose a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Register only one account — multiple accounts for a single individual are strictly prohibited.
• Notify zd222 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

zd222 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be closed at any time and any balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. zd222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure them.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. zd222 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your zd222 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed once your identity verification (KYC) is complete. zd222 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes communicated in our payment FAQ. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your zd222 account, or to a verified bank account registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the zd222 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zd222 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider are outside zd222's control and are your responsibility.

4.4 Refused Transactions. zd222 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or our payment processors.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

zd222 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus or promotional offer will specify its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. These specific terms supplement and are subject to these general Terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• zd222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to members who have met the stated bonus conditions.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds will not be available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms interpretation, the decision of zd222's compliance team is final.

Free bets, free spins, and cashback credits issued by zd222 are non-transferable, have no cash value unless wagering requirements are met, and expire as stated in the individual offer terms. zd222 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General. All bets placed on the zd222 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules. zd222's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stake. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on zd222. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at zd222's discretion, including for individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, or settlement, zd222 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. A manifest error includes but is not limited to: obviously incorrect odds, software malfunction, human error in price compilation, and corrupted data feeds.

6.4 Cricket & PSL Markets. All cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, are subject to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or result reversal by the governing body after initial settlement, zd222 reserves the right to re-settle affected markets in accordance with the official outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zd222 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the zd222 platform without explicit written consent.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events offered on zd222.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the zd222 platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such discovery must be reported to zd222 immediately.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards zd222 staff or other members through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the zd222 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video, audio, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of zd222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zd222 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any zd222 content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

zd222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering a zd222 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. Key data practices include:

In no event shall zd222's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zd222 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

zd222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zd222 will notify registered members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
